At Sellion, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

1. Shipping Within Malaysia

We currently offer delivery within Malaysia.

Standard Delivery: RM8
Free Standard Delivery for orders of RM100 and above
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number may be provided where available.

Customers can use the tracking number to check the delivery status of their order.

4. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Sellion is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the delivery status.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or the perfume appears to be leaking, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos of the parcel and product.

We will review the case and assist with an appropriate resolution.
